August Signature Collection
Featuring five beautifully designed properties with 3-4 bedrooms accommodating a minimum of 6-8 people. The Signature Collection homes are located in popular European locations and is the perfect collection for larger families/groups or those who want a bit more space.
Phase 1 of this Signature Collection is ready, allowing you early access to the homes in the French Alps and Riviera as soon as you're ready to travel again. Phase 2 will complete in Q2 2021 with all homes expected to be completed by Q1 2022.
The ensure you experience maximum comfort and convenience, all homes are fully serviced by August to allow you to enjoy what you do best, holiday. This means you won't have to worry about bills, home administration, cleaning the pool, washing the towels or even making the bed. You can trust your homes will be ready for your arrival. This is all covered in an annual service fee.

Tuscany, Italy, 4 bedroom farmhouse
Ever wondered where the "real Tuscany" is? Starting in the south of magnificent Florence, the Chianti valley expands all the way to Siena including all the area in between where the famous wine is grown. Having travelled across Tuscany some of our favourite areas are the one of Chianti and Lucca.
With the Tuscany region being the most popular of all the 20 Italian regions, it is this that we've chosen this Italian region as an ideal location for your August home.
Chianti is home to adorable and authentic villages with picturesque market places, like Greve the capital of this region. There is also Lucca, our favourite area. Perfectly located, close to Pisa Airport, it is just 30 minutes from the sea while being in the middle of rolling hills and traditional villages. In these areas, you can drive past vineyards, charming parishes, country homes and olive groves, and the emblematic green rolling hills.
Your August home will be a stone house close to one of the authentic villages so that you have shops and restaurants within easy reach and can go to the Sunday market to try some of the finest hams and salamis. A view is also a must in this area!
We will restore your Tuscan August home in order to maintain its charm and authentic features such as terracotta flooring, authentic fireplaces, arched ceilings and beams while adding all modern appliances and features. You can expect a minimum of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open spaces, great outdoors, a private pool and an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals.
Mallorca, Spain, 3 to 4 bedroom villa
Having search far and wide across the main island of Mallorca, we have fallen in love with the northern part of the island for its great fishing villages and incredible beaches and list. From our experience, the coastal villages offer the best of both worlds, set on a gentle rise, these villages insist on aimless wandering and offer easy access to bother the sea and land.
To ensure enough space and access to the great outdoors, your August home will be located in the North of the island, not only because we loved it but also because it's conveniently near charming villages and the sea. With a maximum of 45 minutes from the airport and close by to the sea.
We will search for a 3-4 bedroom home with a lovely outdoor and pool. Our property criteria focus on properties with charm and therefore a traditional Mallorcan villa 'finca' is what your August home will be. A full renovation to combine traditional Mallorcan style and modern interiors will be undertaken to ensure the August touch is applied. Cotswolds, England, 3 to 4 bedroom cottage
Surrounded by rolling meadows, historic villages and wildlife, The Cotswolds is known to many for its quintessentially English market towns and villages built from honey-coloured stone. The Cotswolds are a range of gently rolling hills and the largest area of outstanding natural beauty in England and Wales making them a perfect base for keen walkers and cyclists.
You can expect to spot beautiful medieval churches, built on the riches from the Cotswolds’ thriving wool trade, are dotted across the regions. Famous for a sustainable, locally-sourced approach to cooking, the Cotswolds host some fabulous places to eat from delectable cafe breakfasts and gastro-pub feasts to Michelin-starred delights. You’ll find organic delis, farmers markets and oh-so-English tearooms at every turn. It’s always advisable to book ahead, especially for upmarket restaurants but also for the best-known pubs, which attract diners from miles around.
